「3位、なんという結果だ！ 今週末、こうなるとは予想もしていなかったので、表彰台に立ててうれしい。難しい週末だったが、チームが挽回してくれて、今日のレースのためによい順位を確保することができた。スタートはよかったし、最後までタイヤを管理できた。あの時点で4位だったが、4位でも素晴らしい結果だった。先行マシン（ルクレール）の問題があったのはややラッキーだったが、そのチャンスを掴むには、その場所にいなくてはならない。トラックでもファクトリーでも、チームが素晴らしい仕事をしてくれた。ピットストップもよかったし、素晴らしい結果になった。次はマイアミだ！」
